Instructions: Click here to view more photos of this project. Cut a piece of Burgundy cardstock 7 x 10 1/2 “, score at 2 1/2; 5; and 5 1/2”, fold making the easel base.
Cut the largest from the Booklet Frames set from white cardstock. Die cut the largest 2 from the Booklet Basics set from the Wild Asters paper. Use the gold marker and go around the four edges as shown. Spray each sheet lightly with water and roll the edges using a pen, brush or whatever you have that is small. This will allow the pages to curl and stay once dry. Add Ribbon to the back of the largest one, adhere together and add to the first one. Stamp the scroll on a piece of the Wild Aster paper with the Plum ink, cut out with the coordinating die, color with the Zig markers, add small foam dots to the middle on the back and adhere to the left side of the booklet. Adding Adhesive to the lower part of the front page, adhere the booklet in place as shown.
Cut a piece of paper from the Wild Aster paper collection 4 7/8 x 6 7/8” and adhere to the lower part of the easel card. Add glitter to some of the flowers and stems on the paper and allow to dry.
Stamp the flowers on the Deluxe Flower Shaping paper with the Cactus Flower, color in with the Vibrant Fuchsia, cut out using the coordinating die, ink the edges with more of the Cactus Flower. Shape the flowers using the Deluxe Flower shaping kit; put 3 petals together making one flower. Stamp the leaves on the same paper with the Olive ink, color in with the Vivid Chartreuse, cut out with the coordinating die, ink the edges with the Leaf Green, shape and adhere to the card both inside and out. Add the flowers on top of the leaves.
To finish, add glitter to all the leaves and flowers. Add yellow glitter to the center of each flower.
