Sweet Shop Challenge
Good morning, I never got back yesterday, had a house full of company then went out to eat, got back late, caught a few minutes of the race and went to bed! so don't tell me who won, we recorded it so I will watch it later.........Go Jr. #88.
On to my card. It's for the sketch challenge over at the Sweet Shop . I need a little girl card so I thought great image for her. I also got the idea over at my team sister's blog Angelica, Bellismavida. she does gorgeous work so please go check her out. She also took a Sarah Kay image, and layered it. There is the idea, I stamped mine 4 times, colored her, the started layering, on the main image I layered the whole image, 3rd layer is from the waist up, 4th and last layer is the ribbon and bow in her hat. A lot of cutting but I love the finish product. Bill saw my cutting this yesterday and ask why I didn't use one of them cutting things to cut it out. Wish I had one, this took some time let me tell ya! It's 5x7, parts are embossed, spritzed, and colored with Prisma Color pencils and OMS. Pearls were added to finish it off and that's about it. I'm mailing this one to Stella, she hasn't gotten one is awhile so gotta let her know Nana still loves her LOL, You know like she wouldn't know it unless she got a card LOL. Okay, I'm gonna try to get around to everyone's blogs today some time and see what beauties you have made, have a blessed day and later girls.............
