Instructions: Prepare a White card base at 5 x 7".  Cut a piece of Red card stock 1/4" smaller. Use the stamp positioner and stamp the sentiment with the White Color box ink and emboss with the white powder on the lower end of the red cardstock and adhere to the card base. Cut another piece of white 4 1/2 x 5" and use the Delicate Border Basics die at the bottom and die cut. Emboss that with the Dots embossing folder, add D-Dots to the back and adhere to the upper part of the card. 

Die Cut 2 of the Ornate decorative arch die from the Festive Holiday die set, apply glue and some of the Crystal Clear glitter, set aside to dry. 

Stamp the Wagon Wheel on white card stock, color with the pencils, I also use the blender pen to cover up any pencil marks, diecut and add tiny pop dots to the back. Adhere the 2 Ornate cuttings to the card base, adhere the Wagon Wheel on top.
