Instructions: Your card base will be 5 x 7 with the next layer 1/4" smaller. Stamp the image and color. Cut the Bella Rose swirls out and attach on top of the colored image. Stamp the flowers, color, cut out, shape and adhere to card. Apply a small amount of glue and glitter to the edges of the flowers a pearl to the centers. Adhere the small tag that you cut out using the Decorative Flower Pot Die.
