Joan's Challenge #8

Good morning............if you are looking for Heartfelt Creations Alumni Blog Hop check here. It ends tonight so better hurry so you will have a chance to win!!!!

When I first got on the computer this morning I checked Joan's Site...........she has a challenge going on, She wats us to:
Create a card using corner embellishments (Check)
Color theme should be Blue and Green (Check)
Add some kind of flowers (check)
Use an oval background (check)

I downloaded this image one day this week after finding it on Pinterest. Don't ya LOVE that site!!!!! Anyway, the image came from here. I also used Spellbinders Decorative Photo Corners, Foliage, and Lables Ten. I used cuttle bug's embossing folder Kassie's brocade and SU Petals-A-Plenty. The flowers I punched out using a Martha Stewart flower punch, shaped them, put them together and added Stickles to the white ones. My card is 5X7 and I really hope you like it!!!! I'm off to the shower for now, time for my yearly check up so I'll be gone most of the day cause I'm gonna do some shopping before coming home, have a blessed day!!!!!

This is so pretty and you are one talented lady when it comes to putting cards together. The flowers and leaves are always so pretty and are perfect with that image. Have fun today, well after your check up, I know the Dr will be happy since you have lost all that weight! Car sickness in dogs, I never really had a problem, but then Lucky rides in front so maybe that is why?

I love your card. Very nice use of colors and your flowers are amazing. I have always had a passion for flowers but I am not very good at making them. I think I have to add Labels Ten to my wish list. I use Labels 20 which is simular.

Wow, that is a pretty huge challenge, lots to do. You pulled it off beautifully Olga. When I first saw the thumb nail, it reminded me of a blanket. That embossing is gorgeous!

Lovely card - what a great idea to use dry embossing on all the layers - it creates a beautifully rich look. Your floral embellishments are so pretty, as well as the focal image.
