Aztec Gold Sunflower
Hello, hope all is wonderful in your part of the world. It's gorgeous here as far as weather goes, grass growing, flowers blooming, birds singing, and it's warm..I am so loving it!!!! Here is a card I did for a sketch challenge but forget where and now I can't post it LOL. But I still love it, you still get to see it LOL Okay we found it, it's over at I heart 2 stamps, its a sketch challenge, so check it out!!!! I used Heartfelt Creation stamps HCPC 2293 and HCPC 2294 Aztec Gold Sunflowers 1 and 2. I cut them out with Spellbinders Blossom 2 Nestabilities. The leaves are HCPC 3376 Distressed Leaves and I cut those out using Spellbinders Nested Leaves. I also used scraps from my basket and embossed those with Cuttlebugs Script and Leafy Branch. I added pearls to finish it off and also used 3D 1/8 " dots to build the flower after sponging around the edges. I put the card together using Zip Dry Glue. I absolutely love that glue!!!! Awww to bad you can't remember the challenge... this is a winner in my book! LOVE that flower! I love zip dry too... thanks for the tip (0= No more $50 orders of adhesive!!! That takes away for the important stuff like stamps LOL!
It is beautiful! The leafy embossing folder goes great behind that flower.

I do that too - sometimes I stick something random on a card, and cant for the life of me remember why I needed a button or something! ;)
