Project Instructions:
Other products: Versa Mark ink, White Embossing Powder
Instructions: Cut a card base 12 x 6, score and fold making the card a 6 x 6. Using one of the card front panels from the Cut Mat Create Paper collection, and using the Die From HCD 750, cut the center pece out and set aside. Using an exacta knife, cut around the layer in the picture as shown, Glue and glitter, set aside to dry. Using another of the dies in that set, cut the middle out of the black, place the picture part you cut out behind it and glue in place. Using the swirls and leaves in that die set, cut one out of green and one smaller leaf from the HCD 751 set, adhere the leaves on top of the picture. Set into the frame, stamp, cut out and shape the flowers. Adhere to card, add flower centers and sentiment to finish.

Me again.....you asked about where I buy seam binding. I go to zipperstop.com and they sell lots of white and colors...100 yards for $9.50. The last I purchased was $7.00 so you can see how long ago that was. I usually buy several rolls of chalk white and winter white etc. (so I can use my markers and color) Love this stuff!
