Good morning eveyone. Gonna be a fast post, here is one I made for the sketch challenge over at Sweet Sketch Wed.  You need to check em out, they have fantastic sketches!!! Howdy!!!  Hope all is well for everyone.  My RA is acting up again but thanks to drugs I just may live LOL.  Here is a card I made and can't believe how fast and easy this was.  I used Heartfelt Creations new paper pack Frosty Blanket Collection.  I cut the lower corner off, the attached it to the other end that I had on top of the white card base.  Used 3493 Yuletide Sentiment, cut it out with Spellbinders Fancy Tags 3 and ta da!!!!  I have this door stamp, 3489 Festive Yuletide Doorway,  but look how pretty the paper is!!!!  Now I'm off to stamp and try to color one as pretty as the paper!  Wish me luck!

For my card I used 716 Layered Elegant Swirl Die ; Classic Oval Small ;  Floral Ovals ; 3311 Hope in the Lord ;  3390 Bella Rose Leaves ; 712 Bella Rose Die ;  2294 Aztec Gold Sunflowers ; Blossoms Two.  I love making these gate fold cards!  I used Stampin Up papers and added brads to the front so I could add thread to tie it closed.

Sunday with the Roses'

Morning, man this month has flew by!!!! It's time for the Sunday challenge with the Roses'.  Guess who forgot again........but no problem, jumped right in, I knew the challenge set by Sue, a photo inspiration:

then I had to come up with a sketch, I used The Sweet Stop's new sketch so I'm entering it!

so then I used Heartfelt Creations 572 Clematis/cottage stamp, colored with Spectrum pens, the red is some I got while in Winston Salem at the show, don't know the company, sorry, the designer paper is from Creative Imaginations Beach Cottage. The sentiment is from a old Stampin Up set and Spellbinders Beaded Ovals and Classic ovals.  That's it for now, be sure and go to the top of this page under Roses and check out the rest of the Bouquet...........

Gone Fishing

Howdy all, hope you are having a fantastic weekend...........
Here is a card I made for a male friend who has a birthday coming up, loves to fish so I know he will love it.  I used Mo's digital, and added Theresa Momber's stamps from Gone Fishing along with the sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesdays.

I'm still playing with my new pens from Spectrum and think I'm getting better.  Yall be the judge.  That's it for now.

Good morning............yep, it's a good morning, it's my Friday LOL.
Here is one I got to use my new Spectrum pens on and enter over at MoJo Monday's sketch!  The image is another Sugar Nellie "Thomas". I'm telling ya, they make it so easy to color!!! Love this sketch too.  I also used the following: Heartfelt Creations 3363 Inspire Me Sentiment ;  Spellbinders Parisian Accents and Labels 16 ; Stampin Up's Soft Suede and Pumpkin Pie ; Gina K 120 wt. ;  and Creative Imagination Antique Cream.  that's it for now......I'm off, got a photography trip today, we are taking pictures of some of North Carolina's Vineyards and Winery's.  Shame I can't get some samples LOL.  I'll be round to comment on your blogs later, right now, it's off to the shower, Have a fantastic day!!

Feel Better

Morning!  Let me just say I was sleeping so good, bad clock, bad LOL.
Here is a card I made for one of my neighbors.  She has beat cancer 3 times and going for the forth.  She's in her 70's and a Fighter!  Get this, her Mom is still living and lives by herself!  I just think that is amazing.  Her husband is real sick and Joyce takes cares of him too.  Guess you could say she is a Super Woman!  Anyway, I made this card and took it up to her Sat.  She loves getting cards and I love making them so........
I used one of the new Heartfelt Creations sets I got while in Charlotte, 3477 Bird Haven, with that I also used 3488 Decorativr Metal Fixtuers, 723 Garden Romance Die and 725 Decorative Metal Die.  I colored it with my Spectrum pens, which I am loving more each time I use them.  All the paper is scraps from the basket except the card base which is Gina K 120.  That's it for now, it's off to the shower then on to work, so I'll catch up with ya later.  Until then, have a fantastic day!!!

I Care

It's Monday!!!!  Like we didn't know it LOL, it's back to work after a fanatstic  weekend of playing!  I love making cards..........I made this one for the challenge over at the Sweet Stop SSS172 (with a spin): To use either punches or a die.  So I did both, Spellbinders Splendid Circles ;  Classic Circles ;  Bitty Blossoms ; Heartfelt Creations 712 Bella Rose Die ; Martha Stewart's Double Loops Punch ; and Stampin Ups Best Yet and Garden collage.  Not to mention my new Spectrum Noir pens.  I also added lace and gems from Want 2 Scrap.  Hope you like, I'm off to the shower and will catch up to you later!!!

Love One Another

Good morning!  I don't usually post on Sunday's but when commenting this morning I ran across 2 great fantastic challenges I just had to try.  First the sketch, it's from Verve Stamps, it's on SCS, I'm NOT entering this there cause I'm not doing all of them but I am entering this over at Joanna Sheen's Challenge to make the sentiment the main focal point of your card.  Here is what I came up with.  The card base is Gina K 120 lb., the purple is from Stampin Up, can't find the name sorry......all the printed paper is from Creative Imaginations Oceanside. The leaves are form Marianne's Forest Branch, I used Spellbinders Lacey Circles and  classic circles.  The sentiment is from Heartfelt Creations 3308 Agape Love, the gems are from Want to Scrap.  Thanks for looking and have a blessed day!!!!

A Little Something

Morning, got 3 shots yesterday and my joints fell great!!!  I even came home and colored up some of my Sugar Nellie images,  great for me to practice on. I love that they already have the shaded area's marked for you!!  So while I was at it I checked out the challenge this week and here is what I came up with.  The image in Miss Connie.  I have several of these images and each one is my favorite LOL.  I colored her with my new Sprectrum Noir Pens.  I also used my new paper I got at the CKC show, card base is Gina K 120lb., then Creative Imaginations Antique Cream, Spellbinders Fanciful flight, Romantic Rectangles and Ironworks Accents, Marianne's Forest Branch and Martha Stewart Butterflies and flower punch, added gems to the butterflies and sentiment is from Stampin Up's Best Yet.  Thanks for taking time to look and I love your comments!!!!  Have a wonderful weekend!

Best Friends

Morning, here is another card I colored using my new Spectrum pens, I did alittle better, or I think so.....this image is one someone sent me so I have no idea the name of it, but it was fun to color.  I alos used Marianne's Forest Branch ; Poppy Stamp's Gentle Leaf ; Martha Stewart's Eyelet Lace punch ; Spellbinders Floral Oval, Classic Oval Large, and Bitty Blossoms.  Then I added pearls and glitter.

Christmas Sign

Morning, here is another Christmas card I made the other night, I had every thing except the new Elegant Post set of dies which I got in Charlotte this past weekend.  It goes great with the new Decorative Metal Fixtures post and the sign is from I think Parisan Accents. I also used the classic large oval, the sentiment is from Stampin Up. The paper is the new set from Heartfelt Creations  Frosty Blanket.  Over slept, so I'll have to catch up with you later, have a wonderful day!!!!

Rustic Wheel

Morning, didn't go to work today because I go to get my eyes checked today..........So I got to sleep in one extra day!!! Sat at the show I did buy a lot of stuff!  I out bought everyone else but it's okay, the biggest investment was a set of Spectrum Noir pens.  I am hopeing it will help me color better.  Keep in mind this was my first attempt with these and not to bad.  I'm no Theresa Momber but I'll watch and hopefully learn.  I was afraid of getting the pumpkins to dark but looks like they aren't dark enough, but it is waht it is.  I used 3327 Rustic Autumn Wheel ;  Martha Stewarts Layered Arches punche ; The orange swirly corners are from Spellbinders Floral Flourishes.  It doesn't show up but I also used a glue pen and added glitter to some of the grass.  Okay, back to the drawing board as they say, yall have a great day and I'll catch up later!

We had a great day yesterday at the CKC show in Charlotte.  Got some great goodies and had some wonderful laughs!!!!! It may take us a while but we can find our car!!!!!  Thanks gals

Christmas Lamp

Good Morning!  It's Wed and I have a new card fer ya!  When I went to the Winston Salem Stamp Show last month I purchased several of the new Heartfelt Creations Stamps/Dies.  I have several made so thougth being they were released today I would show you one of mine.  This is the 3488  Metal  Fixtures and 725 Decorative Metal Fixtures. I also used 3349 Cardinal Holiday Mailbox for the sentiment and Fancy Tags. I don't know the name of the embossing folder but it is by Sizzix, I embossed 1/2, turned and embossed the other 1/2.  Okay, I'm gone, be sure and drop by HC to see the whole collection, I plan on buying more this weekend while at the CKC show in Charlotte NC.

Howdy, I'm still not 100% but I'm posting one I made last week for a red white blue challenge but it ended before I finished it.....any who it is what it is.  I used the following:
Martha Stewart Eyelet Lace punch
Great Impressions Stamp
Gentle Leaf die by Poppy Stamps
Spellbinders Parisian Motifs ; Rose Creations ; and Romantic Rectangles.
