Cheep Cheep

How about another Easter Card? Isn't this image cute! I got the Serendipity Stamp Set about 3 years ago, ran across it yesterday and just had to ink it up again. It also has several egg stamps with it so you may see more from this set. I also used spellbinders Fleur De Lis Rectangles and Accents, Classic Oval and Scalloped Ovals. Punched the flowers out with a Marvy punch and added Stickles to the center. Speaking of Spellbinders, my Grand Calibur has started making a funny sound, it still cuts just very noisy, so I called yesterday to see how I could fix it and she was super nice, take the handle off and mail it in, they even pay the postage. I was looking for them to put me off saying I tore it up or something and got an angle. Super nice and you know I love thier products! Okay, it's off to the shower then work for me, I'll drop in on yall later, until then, have a blessed wonderful day!

Oh yeah, before I forget, several want to know about the shimmer I make, you can use any kind of body spray, I used Bodycology this last time, got it for Christmas, it sprays really good, a fine mist and that's what you want, then I added about 1/3 of a bottle of All Purpose Ink (champagne) I got from Stampin Up, it's on page203 and comes in 3 different colors. It's $5.95 a bottle so fairly cheap being you get 3 big bottles out of it. Then all you gotta do is shake and spray.............

Bow

Morning............here is a card I made when I was trying to tie a bow. As you can see, it didn't happen. I have lost my bow easy.........It's at the top of my must buy list. Anyway, I had the embossing part and the black Fleur De Lis already on there. So all I did after seeing no way was I tieing a bow, was to stamp the Love from Hampton Art and cut out some leaves from Foliage, shape and attach, then added store bought flowers. I won those about a year ago, forgot I had them........so, made good use of them. So here is the card that started out not to be a card but a practice piece. Hope you like, and hope you see it sprakle, it's that body spray and all purpose ink I got from Stampin Up and mixed together, I love the effect!!!!I gotta take the boys to the groomer this morning, they are NOT gonna be happy but will be so pretty and smell so good when we get home. I'll catch up with ya later, until then, have a very blessed day!!!!

How about another Hearfelt Creations creation LOL. This has always been one of my favortie sets, 3371 Dutch Iris Oval. I made a 5 x 7 card, double matte of the 2 new colors I got this past weekend, I embossed the top layer using Kassie's Brocade and using 3 D dots, placed it on top of the image I had colored in with my Prismacolor pencils. I stamped the sentiment and cut it out using Cuttlebugs Fanciful Lables, pop dotted it up too.You can't tell it from the picture but I also used a glitter pen around the flower, it's pretty but couldn't get it to show up here. I was gonna link you back to the HC page so you could order your stamp set but they must be working on the page, I couldn't get it opened. Anywho, it's off to the shower then on to work, at least it will be a fun day........we go bowling on Wed. yall have a blessed day and I'll catch up later!!!

Good morning, are ya ready for a new Craft A Scene challenge? This month we are to create scenes with the moon shining........ I have seen some where it looks like it's the real deal but I'm not that talented, here is what I came up with. I began with a 5.5 X 4.25 card base, the white I stamped on is 5X3.75. I cut out a circle and used that for my moon, I tore post it notes and created the mountains, then stamped some trees from Theresa Mombers Gone Fishing and Life is Good sets. Then using Heartfelt Creations 682F Howling Wolf, I stamped him on top of the mountain. Added some limbs at the bottom using Hero Arts Graceful Leaves. Fast and super easy. Just the way I like it LOL. Do hope you play along with us this month, Kevin from Stampscapes is our sponsor this month and is offering up a $25.00 Gift certificate to the winner, be sure and go to the Craft A Scene blog for inspiration.
