Remembering

Good Morning and Happy Memorial Day. Lets not forget all who gave the most for us so we could have freedom. Bill's Mom and sister's came down yesterday and I cooked and we ate, then ate some more, and man let me tell ya, that Coconut cake I got at Yoder's was so gooooooooood!!!!! Forgot all about weight watchers LOL. But back to it today....Here is a card I made the other day for Michelle, with the lost of Fancy Lou, (that's what I called her) I thought I would send her a card, today is also Michelle's ig 40th birthday. I need to call her today but it's early and I'm afraid I'd wake her up, although she is probably up already don't wanta take the chance. I forgot to mail her a birthday card and tried giving her one Sat while she was here and she wouldn't take it, said she wanted it mailed even if it was late, that girl!!!!!
Any who, this card is also for the sketch challenge over at Our Daily Bread, I loved the sketch so had to play, I also used Heartfelt Creations HCPC3377 Sympathy Sentiment and Spellbinders Parisian Accents Dies. That's it.
Who watched the race last night, it was so exciting there at the end, Jr. #88 took the lead, I'm up out of my seat, yelling Go Jr. go, then about 500 feet from the finish line.........he ran out of gas. Bummer!!!! But he'll win this year, not giving up on him, he is 4th in the points so look out!!!!! Okay I'm gone, yall have a great day and I'll dropped in on ya in a little bit.

I was right there with you, watching the race, I could not believe he ran out of gas with the shutting down and being pushed, UGH! Same type of ending with Indy as well, rookie headed for the win, hit the wall coming out of turn 4. Crazy day. Love your card the colors make it so elegant. Hope your daughter has a great birthday even though she is missing her fur baby. Have a great day, super hot, pool getting warm enough for me, I have an 86 degree rule :) it will eventually hit 93+ during the summer, then it is a spa.

Yep, I saw the race when his zoom zoom went putt putt! Dang, it was almost as bad as the kid hitting the wall at Indy on the last stretch! It was a crazy day in racing. That is a very striking card, with the red, black, and white! Hope you have a good rest of the day, my friend! They say it will feel like 100 degrees here! Spring?????
