Velum Spring Flowers

Hello, well the snow is almost gone, we didn't get but maybe 2 inches.........came in fast and left fast. Still cold but nothing I can do about it. Here is a card I made and then noticed I had smeared the green ink at the bottom. Don't ya hate when that happens! I use Zip dry and believe me, there is not taking it apart to fix it so it is what it is. Smear and all! Products used: HCPC 3319 Simple Filler HCPC 3374 Flora Grande 2 HCPC 3375 Flora Grande 1 HCPC 3376 Distressed Leaves HCD 702 Docorative Butterfly/Border Die Spellbinders Nested Leaves Die Spellbinders Blossoms Three Martha Stewart Punch I stamped the flowers and leaves on velum with white Color Box and heat embossed with clear powder. Each flower has 3 layers, and a button in the center. My card is 5X7. Okay taht's it for now, yall have a fantastic day!!!

I love it even with the smear because that is what life is all about - caring for each other smears and all. Goodness, so philosophical this morning. Great card Olga, love those bright cheery colors.

OMGosh those flowers are to die for... they totally make the card! Never would have seen the smear if you hadn't mentioned it! I hate when I get my card all posted and then notice those things!

LOVE the flowers! So delicate and beautiful! Didn't notice the smear until you mentioned it - of course, I don't have my glasses on ~ LOL! Plus, I was too-too focused on the flowers...need I say more? Love it!

Yes but it is still gorgeous smear and all and I think that is what is so great about a card made with love, each one is unique. It's cold here as well, ok, it is in the 50's but when you have been in the 80's for a while it feels cold. :) Have a great day!

Love, love those vellum flowers and the colors are beautiful. If the smear really bothers you, just do what I do...cover it up with bling or doodles or something. But that makes the card unique.

Hi buddy,

No Zip Dry at AC Moore. :( Glad I am not the only person that smears. The flowers are vellum masterpieces. Keep the snow, please.
