Happy Halloween

It's the last Sunday of the month and time for the Roses' challenge. The Roses met on StampTV and have continued to be friends and very supported of one another. Sue, Kerrie, Betty, Connie, Kym and myself. Our talented Kerrie set the challenge this month to make a Halloween card. I'm not really into Halloween so this was a challenge for me. I used a Cuttlebug Embossing folder and a glitter pen. Not much but what can I say. Next month is Connie, can't wait to see what she comes up with. Well that's it for now, short and sweet. Until the next time, Happy Stamping!

Tissue Box Cover

I'm back as promised! Here is a tissue box cover I made this week after viewing the instructions last week. You can get them here. I used the cute stamp set from Heartfelt Creations HCPC 3342 Snowmen Melt Your Heart. All card stock is from Stampin Up. I have had this 12x12 pack for awhile now so I'm not even sure if you can still get it, I must admit, I forgot I had it. How bad is that. So it's like new to me LOL. Okay, short but sweet, gotta run, it's clean house day and lets not forget the laundry LOL. Think Michelle is coming tomorrow to work in the yard so I'll be outside helping. Well you know someone has to play boss hehe, and I do it so well hehe. Have a great day and May God Shine Upon You!

Bandit

Now who couldn't love that face..... It's my baby Bandit. He's a 4 years old Pomeranian and very spoiled. Just thought I would share........
I may be back later with a card. Until then, have a wonderful day!

Poinsettia

Good morning! I'm up early. Had silly dreams and couldn't get em off my mind so here I am. It was a long day at work yesterday and will be today also so I may not get to everyone's blogs until later.
On to my card:

Products Used on This Project

HCPC3339 Elegant Holly Swirls PreCut Set
HCPC3316 Poinsettia PreCut Set
HCPC3340 Holly Leaves PreCut Set

I then stamped 12 Holly leaves on green velum and gold embossed those. Those I cut out using HCD705 Holly Ornament Diecut. Attached those together and placed on top of the swirl. I put a Red gem in the center of the Poinsettia and 3 in 2 of the corners. Ribbon was attached to the other 2 corners. The last thing I did was apply Christmas Red Stickles to the holly berries on the swirl and let dry. That's it for now, have a great blessed day and May God Shine upon you!

Love One Another

Did you notice my new header? Theresa P. put that on for me yesterday, thanks Theresa. It was taken last Monday while we were out hiking. It's the New River (one of the worlds oldest rivers)which runs North instead of south. Amazing uh?I think there are 3 rivers in the whole world that does that and I live next to one. Okay on to my card. Well I felt so bad after looking at yesterday's card for Stampin Sister's in Christ, (too Red), I decided to make another one. This one is pink although after taking the picture and uploading it I looks red. I promise it's pink and the darker is a darker pink LOL. I stamped the flowers from Heartfelt Creations HCPC3325 Daisy Patch Bouquet and I colored them with Prisma Color Pencils. The sentiment is HCPC 3308 Agape Love. The center of the flowers is Red Gala Glitz.
Be sure and check out Heartfelt Creations blog this morning. I was blown away by all the gorgeous cards/projects. That is one bunch of talented women over there. I am so blessed to get to work with them. Well that's it for now. Lots of bad storms yesterday. We were under watch until 3AM this morning but it's still raining like crazy. Thanking God nothing bad happened. Yall stay dry and until the next time, Happy Stampin!

I used some of my favorite stamps from my favorite stamp company Heartfelt Creations! I stamped the flowers using HCPC 3303 Posy Patch Flowers and cut them out with the HCD 701 Posy Patch Die Cut. In the center of the flowers I add some Gold Gala Glitz. I love that stuff! Well that's it for now. Lets get ready for work and start the day! Have a great day and Happy Stamping!!!

tamp set with it!

Fall Scrapbook page

Here is another page I made using Heartfelt Creations products: this was posted on their page today. Be sure and check out all the gorgeous creations from the other design team members!

Products Used on This Project

HCPC 3333 Bold Falling Leaves PreCut Set
HCPC 3330 Elegant Autumn Swirl Leaves PreCut Set

HCD 707 Falling Leaves Die

HCD 702 Decorative Butterfly-Border Die

415218 Pumpkin Nestabilities

I started with a piece of green card stock and stamped 21 of the larger leaves and 5 of the smallest leaves using HCPC3333 Bold Falling Leaves stamps with Versa Mark. Embossed with Heat & Stick powder. Using PearlX Powder, I randomly applied different colors all over the leaves. I then cut all the leaves out with the HCD707 Falling Leaves Die. I also cut an additional 12 solid green larger leaves. I started by gluing the green leaves down first along the left side. Then glued some of the colored leaves down. The remaining 6 larger leaves were attached with 3D Dots after bending them slightly to give them more dimension. On the right lower side I stamped the HCPC3330 Elegant Autumn Swirl Leaves with Brown StazOn. Cut the largest pumpkin out with the pumpkin shapeabilities. Using brown chalk I outlined the pumpkin to help it stand out more. After placing 3D Dots on the backs of the 5 remaining leaves put them in place around the swirl. Took the letters for the word Fall and rubbed versa mark all over them, added Heat & Stick and applied PearlX Powder. Using more orange card stock placed the mat for the picture. In the lower left hand corner I then placed the fancy corner I had cut out with the green card stock.

It's Stella

I am so far behind on my scrap booking it's not even funny! Here is pictures of Stella taken last year! She's 2 years old here and almost 4 now! I must tell ya, I have been seeing such gorgeous scrap book pages out there it inspired me to start up again! I had the most fun created these 2 pages. I can't do just one, I have to have the 2 only a little different LOL. On page one I also stamped some swirls but then I changed my mind on what I was gonna do but hey, no harm done. They are from Heartfelt Creations 225C Flourish Backgrounds. I also used several flower stamps form HCPC 2242 Innoscents Flowers and the diecut Blooms 2, then I used HCPC 3318 Daisy Patch Flowers and HCD 703 Diecut, HCPC 3303 Posy Patch Flowers and HCD 701 Diecut, and HCPC 3324 Daisy Patch Swirls. I used a Martha Stewart leaf punch for the leaves. Added a Butterfly and various pearls, Stickles, Glitter and Sugar Coating Glitter. I love these 2 pages and hope you do too! I can remember when I would of had to either buy my flowers, or hand cut them. These stamps and dies from Heartfelt Creations makes it so easy!!!! I linked each one back to the store to make it easier for you to find them. Okay, that's it for now. Gotta work today so I'll catch yall later! Have a wonderful Blessed day...........

Give Thanks (3rd Post Today)

We can be so Thankful all year long. Doesn't have to be just in Nov. for Thanksgiving. Today I am Thankful for all my blogging buds! You are a bunch of wonderful talented crazy people and I just love ya!!!! So many acts of kindness. This card is for the Challenge over at Stampin' Sisters in Christ hosted by none other but the wonderful talented Patti J. To make a Thank You card. For my card I used Stampin Up card stock, a Martha Stewart corner & border punch, a label from Cuttlebugs Fancy Labels that I stamped the sentiment in for Heartfelt Creations stamp set HCPC3327 Rustic Autumn Wheel and the Leaves are HCPC3333 Bold Falling Leaves and HCPC3334 Open Falling Leaves. I stamped with Kaleidacolor and toched up with PrismaColor Pencils, cut those out using HCD 707 Falling Leaves DieCut. After I had all the leaves cut out I sprayed Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist (Bronze) all over them to give them a shine. Added ribbon and 2 gems to finish off my card. I did use 3D pop dots to attach every thing to the card. Think that about covered it. Lets go start supper. Hubby had to get my car fixed today, then the frig started going out, so the man came and fixed that, spent alot of money today not to have even left the house LOL. But God took care of us, I was lazy yesterday and didn't go to the store, glad now I didn't, I could of lost a whole bunch of food! Okay I'm gone, yall have a great evening!
Okay all you wonderful blogger's, answer this question! Why can't I get a pictured background to stay on my blog????????

Encouragement

Good Morning.I don't work today but still up early. It's that built in clock I guess. But hey, the coffee is sooo goooood!!!!!
My card today was fun to make. I used some of those swirly pearls I got while in Charlotte at the Scrapbook Convention. I started out with Stampin Up card stock, ran one piece through with the Kassie's Brocade embossing folder. Then I placed the pearls on. Cut out another piece of blue with a Lacey Square, then another one with the Labels One. Stamped my sentiment on that from Heartfelt Creations HCPC3321 Believe. I love all of their sentiments. They have one for every thing you can think of and then some. I then added the flowers and more pearls. That finishes my card. I love the big white flower. Wish I could say look what I made but, look at what I bought, I got this while in Winston with hubby. Who by the way is doing good. Last Thursday the doctor said he didn't have to wear those white support hose any more, (blessing!) and could drive (blessing!) and could mow the yard with the rider. So he's coming along. He goes back to the lung doctor this coming Friday so lets hope it's good news too. Okay I'm gone, need more coffee and I have got to clean this house a little today, so until the next time,
yall be good and go create something breath taking!!!

The Last Butterfly

Good morning! I slept so good last night, not been up long. I dreamed I was job hunting. That ain't good LOL! My card is a wee bit different than what I usually do but it was fun!!! First it's a odd size, 5 1/2 x 6. Don't ask me why cause I haven't a clue LOL. The base is white but then I cut a piece of shinny patterned paper and attached on top after attaching a piece of Gold ribbon. I then ran a piece of white card stock using one of Cuttlebugs new 3 in 1 folders, I lost the name of this one, sorry. While it was still in the folder I rubbed the gold ink pad over it to high light the raised areas. I put a piece of blue cs behind it to high light the little stars or flowers whatever?? Okay I had blue left so....I cut out 4 corners using Spellbinders Decorative Photo Corners, and Martha Stewart's butterfly punch and added 3 butterflies. Gold bella's were added and I put gold Sparkles on the butterflies. In the center, (here it comes) I made a Daisy using my Heartfelt Creative stamp set HCPC3318 Daisy Patch Flowers and cut those out using the HCD703 diecut. I had stamped those with versa mark and gold embossed. Used a 3D dot to pop it on and my card is finished!!! Don't know about you but I love how it turned out! Yall have a great day and God Bless!! Maryann, congrats on winning candy from Patti & hope you had fun at the stamp show!!!!

Be of Good Courage

Good morning! It's Fall. You know when it's cooler in the mornings, then it warms up and the sun is so bright, the sky is so clear and blue. I'm am trying so hard not to think about what is coming next, LOL. I hate cold weather! Okay, enough on weather reporting LOL and on to my card! I made this one this morning for a blogging(Darlene P) friend's daughter's friend who has cancer and 2 small children. You can read the story here. So so sad. They are asking for cards so....... I remembered seeing a card like this awhile back made by Angella Crockett, I looked this morning but could not find it but believe me, the design was hers, hope she doesn't mind me using it. I used Memory Box dp and Stampin Up card stock. I also used a Martha Stewart butterfly punch and border punch. The larger butterfly is from HCD701 Posy Patch/HCD702 Butterfly Diecuts. On the small piece I used the border punch on I also used Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist (Honey Dew). I used my sewing machine around the edges but I must confess, it didn't have any thread in it so I used my Opaque white Pen. The machine isn't sewing just right and I didn't want to take a chance on messing the whole thing up. I also used white pearls. The sentiment is from Heartfelt CreationsHCPC3311 Hope in the Lord which I stamped with Black Staz-On. That's about it. hope you like my card and will go on over to Darlene's blog and check the story out. We all need words of encouragement from time to time.

Oh yeah, I used markers to ink up my stamp. I used green on the trees and brown on every thing else. That way my trees were already colored, I cheated LOL. Posy Patch!

Good morning! All went well yesterday at the doctor, man it was cold! We went to Williams (GS) football game last night and I just knew it was gonna start snowing LOL. Reminded me why I do not like football!
On to my card, I finally got the Post Patch DieCut HCD 701 that had been out of stock, and could not wait to get my stamps inky! I started out with the Gina K. PL White, and stamped Heartfelt Creations HCPC3306 Posy Patch Garden Delights. I colored that in with Stampin Up Markers (Flower Part) and PrismaColor Pencils (Watering Can). I also stamped the sentiment using a SU stamp and cut it out using Labels Four. Then I stamped little posies and colored those in. Using the matching HCD701 Die cut, I cut those out and attached those using pop dots. Added tiny pearls and ribbon to finish off my card. I love working with these stamps as I'm sure you know by now, they just stamp so clear and crisp and not to mention gorgeous!!!
Well that's it, I'll do my best to get around to blogs today and comment. It's just hard to with Bill being home and taking up so much of my time. It'll get better so until please put up with me. Off to work I go, have a great day and God Bless each and everyone of you!

Happy Fall

!

I know, I know, I've been missing the last few days. Just so much on my plate no time to play! So before I went into withdraws I got in here this morning and here is what I came up with. I used some ink I haven't used in forever! Kaleidacolor Autumn Leaves. Perfect for this stamp set from Heartfelt Creations
HCPC 3331 All Season Tree. I also used HCPC 3323 Large Elegant
Words. I love it when I don't have to color hehe. The designer paper is from Stampin Up, I've had that for awhile too. Oh let me tell ya what else I have done this week, I love it!!! I ordered some EZ Mount Storage Panels form Heartfelt Creations to put my stamps on. Let me tell you they are fantastic!!! They're 81/2 x 11 and fit into the large 3 ring binders. You get 5 per pack and can put your stamps on one side or both, I did both sides. I ordered 5 packs and ran out so I placed another order this morning for 5 more packs. I filled 3 large 3 ring notebooks and still have HFC stamps left LOL. I do love their stamps and have been purchasing them for awhile now. Got a good little collection going on here. Okay I just gotta show ya so here is some pictures!! Okay, guess I best better get busy, dout if I'm around tomorrow, Gotta take Bill to the doctor.
