Red & White

I'm back with a card fro the Candy Red & White Challenge over at Winter Wonderland. It's not a Christmas card but hey, Valentines is in the winter so I hope it works LOL. I used Stampin Up Real Red and Gina K. Pure Luxury. The stamp is from Biblical Impressions that I have had for a few years. Added the ribbon and pearls to finish it off. The white is punched out using Martha Stewart's corner and border punch. Thanks for dropping by again today, do appreciate it! Y'all stay safe and stay warm. Our snow is melting a little bit so hopefully it will be gone off the roads in the morning in time to go to work LOL.

Snowy Day

Well we got around 7 1/2 inches of snow. It inspired me to make this card. I used 6 different stamps, Tree Cluster 266D from Stampscapes; Grass Lines from Rubber Soul; Grateful Leaves from Hero Arts; Doe from Stampscapes 229A; Flock of Deer from Art Impressions; Autumn Bank 214G from Stampscapes. I used Glossy white paper and rubber Going Grey (SU) at the top to get the sky, that's what it looked like yesterday, all grey. I mask the water part off of Autumn Bank and left the lower part plain except for the grass and leaves. I stamped every thing using Close to Cocoa (SU). Using a white gel pen I dotted here and there to make it look like snow. The ribbon is some I had at Christmas but don't think it looks to much like Christmas so I used it. The Green card stock and white base is from Gina K. Hope you like my card. I love making these. Thanks for taking time to drop by, I really do appreciate it and your comments. Have a wonderful day and until the next time, Happy Stamping!

Snowing like Crazy

It started snowing last night around 8PM, this is what I got up to this morning. Just makes a great day to stay in and hopefully stamp!!

I'm thinking Spring and warmer weather. I used all Stampin Up card stock. I also used a Martha Stewart punch with the little butter flies, added a big butterfly I made using a sticker and the copper mesh. The sentiment is from Theresa Momber's "Life is Good" and punched that out using Stampin Up Window Punch. No stamping at all! I have lost my MOJO but I'm working hard to get it back. So if you find it email it back! LOL. Thanks for dropping by, Yall take care, God Bless and stay safe!

Rough Waters

Good Morning! It's cold here and they are calling for more snow starting tomorrow. I will be so glad to see spring.
This is a card I made this past weekend, been a very busy week and I haven't had a chace to stamp any. TGIF! I don't work Fri, Sat or Sun. These are all Stampscapes, the rough water part is really a mountain turned upside down LOL, but it worked. I decided to something I hadn't tried by coloring it in using darker pens from Stamping Up. I think it works with this one. There is a Mill out on the parkway not far from where I live called Mabry's Mill, this scene reminds me of it. Thanks for dropping by, hope everyone has a wonderful day!!! Until the next time, Happy Stamping!

Michelle

Good Morning! It's been a very long week so far, and it's another late night tonight. I'm so ready for the weekend LOL.
It's a scene on a scarp book page! What ya think? This is Michelle out on the Blue Ridge Parkway not far from where I live. There's all kinds of over looks and this is just one of them. I think she's at Fox Run by the looks of it, she wasn't sure either so... It's North Carolina in the back ground, that much I do know, and a small community called Cana down in the valley. I used Stampscape stamps to create the scene at the top of a white piece of 12x12 paper. Used Stampin Up inks to color in and make the sky & water. Thanks for taking time to stop by and look, I really do appreciate you and your wonderful comments. Until the next time, Happy Stamping!!

Think Love

Good morning everyone! It's Magical Monday over at TMITA/PCC. I do hope you join in the challenge this week that is hosted by Kim. She has ask us to make a Box, Bag or Holder using this fantastic image called "Think Love". Isn't he cute! I had this pattern for the box on my wishblade and cut it out using Gina K. Red Rocket card stock. Added a piece of acetate in the window opening. Punched 3 little hearts out to add to the front. After printing and cutting him out he was colored in using Stampin Up makers and I added Stickles here and there. I'm going to make a few more to give as gifts to a few friends. Very simple to make. I can't wait to see what you come up with! Don't forget to check the other designers blogs out to see all the gorgeous bags,box/or holders they came up with. Thanks for taking time to drop by, May you all be Blessed today!!!!

One Sunday Afternoon

I know, I know, I said no more scene cards for awhile BUT.....
I got my Stampscape stamps in the mail yesterday so....I had to ink em up, or at least some of them LOL. While making this one I thought of Nina May's image Sunday Afternoon. You can purchase this image at PCC. I love this image and have made several cards with it, so after I finished my scene, I printed her out, colored her in, cut her out and would you look! I am so pleased with this. The base of the card is Gina K. Pure Luxury, then some glossy paper for the scene. I brushed the sky and stamped all of images of the scene using stampin up inks and/or markers. The stamps I used are Tree Trunk 087F, Crooked Path 146F, can't remember the name of the cabin stamp, but I masked the water part of to just get the cabin and trees, added a few more twigs and limbs here and there. Using an Art Impressions flower stamp I added color to the field here and there. Hope you like my scene card. This one was really fun to make. Thanks for taking time to drop by and look. Have a wonderful day!!

Check out the new Scrapbooking site here.
It is Erika Martin's. Just starting out so we can get in on the ground floor. How cool is that!!!!

Playing

Good Morning. It's Mo's Color Challenge. I am using Mo's image Danielle and her Baby Muffin. Isn't she cute. Poor Muffin LOL. I used Stamping Up Card Stock, Bashful Blue, Almost Amethyst and Eggplant Envy with Gina K. Pure Luxury white. Colored in with stampin up markers. Border punch is from Martha Stewart. I stitched around the Almost Amethyst after I embossed it with the Textile folder. The top corner punch is from Sizzix 654804. I then and really hope you can see it, spritzed each piece with Ritzy Ditzy Glitz Palina. It just makes it sparkle so faintly. I used a die from Spellbinders to cut the image out and matt it. 3 white pearls were also added to finish off the card. Hope you like....Thanks for dropping by, I really do appreciate it and your wonderful comments! Have a great day!!

Peaceful Waters

Good Morning.........I slept late this morning and it felt soooooo good! LOL Trees and grass things like that are all icy but nothing on the roads. For my card I was playing around last night and just went I thought it started looking good I messed it up. Ever do that? Anyway I threw it in the trash and started cleaning up my area. Went to throw something else in the trash and noticed it was just one half messed up so I dug it out of the trash, trimmed it down and got this. Not to bad... The White is also sort of trash, it has an image on the other side I had printed out but was way to small so....Used my Martha Stewart punch and came up with this frame to attach the image on. There was a piece of red left over from yesterdays card lying there so on it went. I did get a new piece of blue out of the folder hehehe. All stamps are from Stampscapes, Water Grass 304A, Tree Cluster sm. 266D, Lakeside Cove Lg. 049G and the lone tree in the front is Bare Tree from Memory Box. Hope you like my card. This I think is gonna be the last scene card for awhile. I think I can do it now so not wanting to be known as the Scene Lady (hehe), I'm gonna start doing other kinds again. Thanks for taking time to drop by and have a look, I do appreciate it and your wonderful comments!! Have a blessed day!!

In the Thick of Things

Good Morning! I could not wait to get home last night from work and play with this. I knew the minute I read what Gina K. challenge was for this week what I was going to do. When I saw her picture I remembered years ago when cows would get out and go into the woods. I started by brushing, yes I used a brush, Stampin Up Inks Bordering Blue, Rose Red, More Mustard and Olive Green. Then with Rose Red I stamped the trees from Theresa Momber's "Life is Good " set. I stamped once then a second time right behind the first one. Then re-inked and moved it to the right and did it again. Then I stamped another "Bare Tree" from Memory Box twice, 3 different tree branches from Alextamping, and "Grateful Leaves" from Hero Arts, the cows are from Alextamping also. The sentiment I stamped in black using Nina Brackett's sentiment from "Lord of the Season". All card stock is from Gina K Autumn so I'm not sure what the names are, it's a Brown and Red. The white is Pure Luxury. I had fun doing this card. Hope you enjoyed it. Thanks for taking time to drop by and look, I really do appreciate it and your wonderful comments!

Walk in the Field

This is my second post this morning so please scroll down to see the first one.

A good friend of mine Betty Benton told me about a challenge going on over at Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge to create a card with a scene. Here lately it's all I want to make. I love them! Stamps are from Stampin Up "Inspired by Nature" Stampscapes "Ducks Formation" and Hero Arts "Grateful Leaves" Sponging from Stamping Up ink pads, Pale Plum, Bordering Blue, Brocade Blue, Summer Sun, Old Olive, More Mustard. Card stock is from Stamping Up, white, black and Tempting Turquoise. 4 brass brads were added. I got this idea from who else but the talented Michelle Zindrof. I love going to her blog for instructions and ideas. Yep, it's a case card. Hope you like my card and thanks for taking time to drop in, I do appreciate it and your wonderful comments. Hope your day is great and the Good Lord Blesses You!!

Life is Good

Here is a card I made for the Sketch Girls challenge SG10. It's another scene using the image from Stampscapes stamps. After stamping it I sponged around until I got the look I wanted. Border punch is from Martha Stewart. Thanks for taking time to look. Have a great day!!

You can check them all out by going to Paper CupCakes and clicking on New Arrivals. But believe me, it's so hard to decide they are all so adorable, you may want to do like me and get several LOL.
Now on to my card. The base is Stampin Up's Bliss Blue, Real Red and Gina K.Pure Luxury white. I colored her in with SU markers. Added a small piece of ribbon in one corner to finish it off. My card is a 5x5 size. The back ground is embossed with the textile folder, going around the sides and not touching the center. Thanks so much for drop by, hope you like my card and yall have a great day!

Tons of Love

Good Morning, hope everyone is well and happy! I got up with a sinus headache. OUCH! Poor me LOL.
It's Magical Monday again and meet "Tons of Love". Is she not adorable!!
I got to set the challenge this week and I asked for RBG's.....Red Ribbon, Buttons and Glitter or something that sparkles. So hop on over to
TMITA/PCC and get your copy. Don't forget to check out the rest of the designers blog. They are fantastic!! Now on to my card, I had gotten this DP at Big Lots I guess almost 2 years ago. It'll last awhile cause the only time I use it is at Valentines LOL. After printing out Tons of Love, I used Stampin Up Markers to color her in. I didn't color her skirt, instead I applied Stickles to get it to glitter, I did cut her out using a nestie and before I attached her with Pop dots I stitched around the card. Added the buttons and ribbon to finish it off. Can't wait to see what you come up with using this adorable image! Nina May has added some great images to the store at PCC so don't forget to check those out too. Thanks for taking time to drop by for a look, I do appreciate it and your comments. May you all have a day filled with love.......

2nd post this morning

I'm back as promised. This one is for the sketch challenge over at Mo's. I used her image Bella Hearts Bronte. Colored the image in using my Stamping Up Markers. Cut her out using a nestie oval which I sponged. Ran the white piece through the Textile embossing folder, and the background paper through a sizzex embossing folder with hearts on it. Added a piece of ribbon that has Happy Valentines on it and 3 pearls. All the paper is out of my scrap basket. I love it when I can use that. I was real proud of my self Thursday while shopping, I refused to look at paper less more buy any LOL. Hope you like my card and thanks so much for taking time to drop by. Hope you have a very blessed and happy day. I may be back later with another card. Remember today is my catch up challenge day LOL.

Life is Good

Good Morning, I plan on doing a few challenges this week being I took last week off LOL. This is one I made for Crazy 4 Challenges. It was for the sketch. I used one of my new $1.00 stamps from Hampton Art Stamps, colored it in using Stamping Up markers, embossed the edge of Tempting Turquoise with a border folder, used my new punch on the 2 corners. Added stickels to the flower imprints. Attached my image, added ribbon and sentiment which is from Theresa Momber's set Life is Good. Hope you like and I'll probably post more today so yall come on back!

New toys

Yes I had a ball!!! Our first stop was Big Lots going into Winston. There I got the 2 bottom round stamps and the lady stamp for a $1.00each. Photo copy paper and the round button stickers. Our next stop was AC Moore. There I got the mat board this is all sitting on, and 3 of the small grass stamps. Then to the doctor, wasn't there but 20 minutes, it's a check up for my Arthritis, no better, but no worst so no changes. Then it was back to AC Moore because Susan saw something on her way out she wanted, so we went back so she could get it. Then instead of spending money to eat at a nice place, we went to McDonalds, LOL, ate less than $6.00, yes Linda if you are reading this I cheated on my WW. LOL. Then it was off to Michael's. There I got the words stamps (6 of them)$1.00 each and the Studio Clear stamps, total of 5 for .50 each. Also got the new Martha Stewart punch (used my 40% coupon on), ribbon, 4 for a $1.00, except the little one that has cup cakes on it it was $1.00, but had to have it LOL. Then it was off to Enchanted Cottage. Heaven on earth to any stamper or scrap booker. There I finished off by getting the remainder 13 stamps, Wire Mesh, butterfly stickers, color box cat eyes and the tool to use it with, glue glider adhesive and that's it. That was enough LOL. I don't do this sort of thing but twice a year, after Christmas and in July when I go for the stamping Show.

Here is a card using my new toys, punch, butterfly and wire mesh, and the word love. Hope you enjoyed, yall have a good one and until the next time, Happy Stamping!!!
Went to the mailbox and the set of stamps I ordered from Gina K. Life is Good by Theresa Momber came today. YEAH! LIFE IS GOOD!!!!!

Sunset

Another scene. I'm loving this people, loving it! I borrowed several stamps from a very good friend today. Susan, she's the one that got me started stamping. Anyway, she has lots of Stampscapes stamps. Being she is such a wonderful person she let me use some of them. I got them yesterday morning, and when I came home for lunch had to ink up. Finished it last night. I did cut it out with a nestie and attach it to black card stock that I had embossed. Added a ribbon but not to girly. I go to Winston Salem this morning for another check up and Susan is going with me. We plan on hitting AC Moore, Michael's and then my favorite store in the world, Enchanted Cottage. It's gonna be a great day. I'll come home broke I know but hey, it's Christmas money LOL. I do hope you like my card. Hopefully I'll get some glossy paper today like I should of had all along. Who knows what that will do. Have a day filled with love and happiness!

Wild Life

Another scene card. I'm enjoying making these manly cards. I must admit the more I do them the more I enjoy them. Started out with Gina K Pure Luxury white. I used 4 different stamps, the tall tree is from Memory Box, the other 3 are from Stamping Up. Fore, Lovely as a tree and Nature Silhouettes (which I borrowed from a friend). I don't have any animal stamps that I can remember. Using my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig, I placed trees and grasses around where I wanted. Started sponging, first barely banana, the garden green, bliss blue, night of navy and finished off with black. I used a Pilot Gold Marker and went around all 4 sides. Attached it onto Barley Banana, then attached that to black. There is 2 small boo boo's but hopefully no one can tell. See if you can. If you do please let me know. Thanks for taking time to drop by. I really do appreciate you and your comments. Until the next time, may your day be filled with love!

Stars at Night

Good Morning. Hope everyone is well and happy. Last night when I came in from work I came in here and just got inky! Tried another Michelle Zindrof example. I'm gonna learn this or die trying LOL. I added several more stamps or parts of stamps to this one. The trees in the back ground are from Stamping Up's Lovely as a Tree. I just barley inked the tops to make it look as if it was far off. I did the thingy with the black ink pad again. In the lower right hand corner I stamped H184 image from Great Impressions. The ones to the right are from a Stamping Up set and yes done and forgot which one I pulled it out from. Sorry. Then used Bliss Blue and started sponging around. After I got it to where I was half way satisfied started sponging Brillant Blue. Finished it off sponging with Night of Navy. I added dots in the sky for stars with a clear glitter pen and white outlines on the flower image with a white Opaque pen. I also used that and tried to put ripples in the water. I should of quite while I was ahead. I think that was a big mistake! But anyway, I do think this one is better than the first one I tried. So I guess it's back to the drawing board and try again later. Thanks for taking time to drop in for a look see. Hope you enjoyed it. Y'all have a great day!

Miss Kitty

Good morning! It's Magical Monday at TMITA\PCC. Are you ready for a new image and challenge? Meet Miss Kitty. Danielle Lord is our host this week and ask us to use stripes some where with her. She is so adorable she woud look good in anything she wore but she carries these stripes well. I think she looks like a littel cheerleader. I used Stickles on the white parts of her dress and red in the red stripes. I used a brown Sharpie to color her. She was cut out by a oval scalloped nestie. And again, not sure where I got the card stock other than out of my scrap basket. Added the ribbon and heart that I had on hand to finish it off. The sentiment is a piece of ribbon I cut and added. I think it's a very cute Valentine card. Thanks for taking time to drop by this morning. I really do appreciate you and your comments! Have a great day and until the next time, Happy Stamping!!

With Sympathy

I almost threw this one in the trash. I do not like the way the green shows through the trees, I tried adding a little color but got to heavy. But keep in mind I am trying to learn. I sponged rather than use a brayer. I have more control sponging, you don't get the same effect but Ill keep working at brayering. I started out with Gina K Pure Luxury white. Stamped Country Chapel-215G from stampscapes in black StazOn. From there I added the bottom part sponging and using Stamping Up inks Old Olive and Garden Green. On the sky I used Bliss Blue, Brilliant Blue and Night of Navy. I added just a tad of color around the image grass and trees. This is where I think I messed up. Using KOH-I-NOOR colored pencils and OMS added color to the church here and there. Using a White Opaque pen highlighted parts of the trees. Matted the image onto So Saffron then forest Green both from Stamping Up. The base of my card is again Gina K Pure Luxury White. I need a Sympathy card every now and then so thought that is what I will use this one for. Thanks for taking time to drop by, I do appreciate you and your comments! Y'all have a wonderful day.

Case card

I did a case card this morning from Michelle Zindorf. She is so awesome. She gives step by step instructions and how to's. What I really like is she uses Stampin Up inks, markers, stamps. Things I have without going and having to buy more stuff. Please check her out. She is AWESOME! Now mind you, I have a long way to go and am no way near her, but its fun trying!
The only thing I changed was the image. I didn't have the one she used but I did have this one and thought it would do. I got it last July while at the stamp expo in Winston Salem. Unmounted so I don't know the name of the company. I used Gina K Pure Luxury layering white. Then as she did mounted it on Pumkin Pie, Bashful Blue and the card base is Ballet Blue. Thanks for dropping by, I'm just playing today no challenges, just trying to learn some new stuff. Y'all stay warm.........

Birthday Wishes

Good morning. We got a little more snow during the night. Not as much as they thought we would get but still. I have a busy day planned, take the dog for grooming, get the oil changed, gt groceries, then back home and clean, laundry, you know all that fun stuff.
My card today is for challenges. Mo's Challenges , with Lisa Cook (who does amazing work) to use a Mo image and come up with a birthday card. I use the image "You're the Best", and Jennie Harpers sketch challenge over at Stamp TV, Cute Card Thursday any thing new (Crayons). The card stock is some I got last year in a set Once Upon a Time. not sure the company name but it's pretty paper. I colored the image in using Watercolor Crayons. I had forgot I had these until I was reminded reading Linda Payne's blog where she was using hers. Big light bulb went off, "Hey I have some of those". I had never used them but I love how they work. I cut the center part out and punched both sides using Martha Stewart's border punch. the ovals were cut out with nestablities. The sentiment is from Stamping up. I cut it out with a nestie but thought it to big so I trimmed the ends and like the way it turned out. Added 3 gem flowers and used a glitter pen on her hair bows and buttons to finish the card. Thanks for taking time to drop by, I really do appreciate you and all your sweet comments. Y'all stay warm and Happy Stamping!

No Coloring

I love 3D Layering. That is what this is. You just punch em out, layer them together and you got it. No coloring what so ever! I also used the Textile folder, nestablities ovals, butterfly punch and pearls. Now how easy and fast is that. Oh yeah, a glitter pen to add dots and the back on the butterfly. I am real happy with this one. I made it for the challenge Gina K. is holding over at Stamp TV. Her video this morning inspired me to think flowers, butterflies, birds singing, any thing and ever thing that made me remember one day it will be warmer LOL. It is still cold here and by the look of what was on the news/weather tonight, it's cold every where. So y'all stay warm and until the next time, Happy Stamping!

Good morning! Yep baby it's cold outside. but we gonna have a heat wave today, gonna get in the high 20's LOL
My card today is for 3 challenges, Mo's -New Beginnings , Papertake Weekly Challenge some thing new and JUGS sketch. When I first saw this I thought how sweet, can't you just see them meeting in a retirement home and a new romance begins LOL. Never to old for love.
I colored them in using Shimmering H2O's. I love anything that has a shine to it. The image is from Mo's it's my new image. The sentiment is from Stamping up. Not sure about the card stock, I dug it out of my scrap basket. Punched the flower out using a Marvy punch and putting 2 of them together with a brad. Attached it using a Pop Dot. Hope you like my card, thanks for dropping by, I do appreciate it and your comments. Yall stay warm and Happy Stamping!!

Sunday Afternoon

Good Morning! It's another cold one in Virginia.
Made this card last night for no reason other than I love this image "Sunday Afternoon". I got it at Paper Cupcakes. Nina has so many gorgeous images it's hard to decide which one you want LOL. I used Stamping Up paper out of my scrap basket. I love it when I can do that. I printed her on a piece of water color paper I ran through my printer and colored her in using H2O's. I love the way they shimmer. Sponged around it with Pretty in Pink. The border punch is from Martha Stewart. Punched the 3 little flowers out with a flower punch from Stamping Up. I love the way this turned out! She's one of a my favorite images. Hope you like my card. Thanks for dropping by, I do appreciate it and your comments. Until the next time, Happy Stamping!

Painted Pony

Good Morning. Hope everyone is well and happy .
It's Magical Monday at There's Magic in the Air
with Paper Cup Cakes.
Patti is our host this week and our image is
Painted Pony.
Her challenge is to use colors:

My neighbor's little boy is turning 2 in a few weeks so I decided to make his birthday card using Painted Pony because he loves ponies. The fence is dusty rose and I'm sorry my photo is not very clear. Guess Santa should of brought me a new camera but maybe next year. The barn is stamped from Stamping Up's "Tractor Time". I cut the fence out using my Wishblade. Colored the pony in with Stamping Up Markers. The Happy Birthday and 2 are chip board I had on hand. I ran the green through the embossing folder Argyle to give it more dimension. This card was really a challenge, way to go Patti! But I must admit I am very pleased at how he turned out. It looks like a 2 year old card. Hope he and you like it. Thanks for dropping by today. Don't forget to go over to TMITA for your free image and join in in the challenge this week.

2nd Post today

Hey hey hey! Gina K is sponsoring this weeks sketch challenge over at CPS. This is another simple sketch I love. With all the Thank You cards I'm making the easier the better! I used Stamping Up DP, Spellbinders die to cut the flowers out, put them together with a pink brad. Stamped on the ribbon Thank You and it's finished! Now it don't get any better than this! Go check them out, there's prizes to win! Thanks for looking.

Poka Dots

Good Morning, and it's a very cold morning too. 10 degrees. Just supposed to get up to around 21 today. Ouch, that really hurts the old joints LOL.
Made this card yesterday for Crazy 4 challenges. I was to use polka dots. The dp is from stamping up and is the sentiment. Border punch is from Martha Stewart. The image is from Nina Brackett's "Bug me Anytime". Colored is using pencils and OMS. I did stamp the Happy Birthday on a piece of ribbon. Cut the little snail out and pop dotted him back on after cutting the mushroom out with a nestie circle. Added 3 small black pearls to finish off my card. Thanks so much for dropping by and looking. I really do appreciate you and your comments. Yall stay warm and until the next time, Happy Stamping!

Red Roses

Good morning........hope all is well and great in your part of the world. I made this card last night for Selma Stevens challenge over at StampTV. I was to use a cheater bow technique. All I did was attached a piece of ribbon around the card, then tie 3 little pieces to it. Now how easy is that!? The image is Melanie Muenchinger's "Arranged with Love". Super talented Melanie Muenchinger is celebrating 2 years of blogging and illustrating stamps for Gina K. Designs! She has introduced a whopping 25 sets, all of which are awesome! She is showcasing all of her sets with the help of 25 designers and some of the Gina K. Designs Senior Design Team. Melanie has invited everyone else to participate in the hop by making a new sample with one of her sets and linking it up on her blog. This is the card i made. I used Staz-On to stamp it on Gina K. card stock, used stamping up markers to color it in, cut that out, attached it to more Gina K card stock, then attached that to Pure Luxury cs from yep, Gina K. She does have wonderful card stock. It's so smooth. I also added yellow stickles to the center of a few flowers to give it some POP! Hope you like my card and thanks for dropping by! Thank You

Hello and Happy New Year! I have been busy this morning, every thing in the family room is down and put up! (Christmas Stuff) It usually takes me a few days so I do 1 room at a time. I also got inspired by Jennie Harper this morning when she said how much she had lost so far on WW. So, I'm back on that too. It does work!! After all that decided to take a break and create! Hey that rhymes........

This card is for the challenge over at Sketch Challenge Stamps and Smiles and Winter Wonderland. I used Paper Cupcakes images Afternoon Tea and My cup of Tea. These are Nina May's images and I love them both. She has so many to choose from so do your self a big favor and check her store out. I colored her in using pencils and OMS. Cut the image out with a nestie. The DP is from Stamping Up's Patterns Pack III, I ran them through the Big Shot with the Textile embossing folder. Lightly ran Close to Coco over one to high light the embossing. The sentiment is also from Stamping Up's Wonderful Words set. Added 3 black pearls and that finished my card. I made this thank you card for a friend of mine that gave me some flavored tea for Christmas. It just came together so good. Thanks for taking time to drop by for a look, I really do appreciate you and your comments. Until the next time, Happy Stamping!!
