Tag

I came in from work and played. I still have to fix supper but not until I post this LOL. This is for Joan's Challenge #11. We are to make a tag and add something heavier than card stock on it. Mine is a swirl from chip board. It was this awful green and so I rubbed versa mark over it, gold embossing powder and ta da. I'm not real sure but I think the dp is from Stampin Up. I added real red at the bottom and punched it with a Martha Stewart Punch. There must be something off about my color because this looks orange. But I promise it's Real Red. Anyway, I added white lace and Christmas ribbon. The flower is Heartfelt Creations Poinsettia Petals that I cut out using the die Perfect Petals. I purchased both of these from Joan, even if she doesn't have it on her blog, let her know and she'll get it for you. That's what I did for the Poinsettias. The center of the flower I got from HFC when I was in Winston Salem NC. That's about it. I'm not a tag person but I'll admit this was fun. I'm all rested now and can go cook. '. Yall come on over!

Hey, Olga! This is an over the top, beautiful tag. Actually I would display it on my Christmas tree or where ever. Would make a gift in itself. Red does seem to come out orange a lot in photographs, on-line.

Olga,
This tag is just so pretty. I love that stamp. My husband is coming up your way. He said he couldn't take the truck into the parking lot of Enchanted Castle I think that is the name of your stamp place right? So I was wondering if maybe you could just take my order, shop and stand on the corner and throw it in his window as he drove by? LOL
